Lecturers play a key role in teaching, assessing, and supporting students, as well as providing personal tutoring and, in some cases, engaging in early career research. They design and deliver teaching materials for programs that are adaptable to the evolving needs of the paramedic and multi-professional workforce. Lecturers are responsible for setting and assessing assignments, giving feedback, supporting students and practice educators in practical learning, and ensuring the quality of the learning environment.
